course

The 3 Beach Minimum is an incredibly picturesque route, following some of the most scenic coastline the South Shore of Massachusetts– nay, New England– has to offer.

A USATF-sanctioned, out-and-back course, you’ll start at Nantasket Beach in Hull, then move quickly into Cohasset where you’ll follow the rolling hills of iconic Jerusalem Road and Atlantic Avenue while passing Black Rock, Pleasant and Sandy Beaches. A turn at the end of Atlantic Avenue brings you around beautiful Cohasset Cove and then flows you out to Border Street. Finally, a quiet pass through a shaded neighborhood in Scituate gets you to the furthest point of the course before you loop back and begin retracing your steps, allowing you to soak in those same views, this time from new vantage points.

We’ve done our share of races in New England and we’re sure this one’s going to rank right up there as one of the most beautiful you’ve ever run!

But don’t take our word for it. Check out this full-length course flyover to really get a sense of what it’s all about:
